We sustained major hail damage to our roof, siding and downspouts. Josh from Scarlet was out calling on homes in the neighborhood and talked to my wife. They came out next day and did a complete inspection. Josh came to the house to answer any questioned and was with us to call the insurance company and get the claims process started. When the adjuster came out Ryan from Scarlet Exteriors was here to talk to the insurance adjuster and even went on the roof to survey the damage with him. We were compensated for a new roof siding gutters and downspouts. Scarlet Exteriors came out with all the samples for the roof and siding. Days after we made our selections the roofing material was delivered and the crew was out the next day. They did a great job and I know because our neighbors down the street used someone else and you could see the difference in the roofs. A couple days after the roof was done the siding was delivered and a crew showed up to start work. It was a big job but they did it in a timely manner and it looks great. Josh from Scarlet either came out or called to make sure everything was going ok and if we had any issues or questions.After the siding they came out to install the gutters and downspouts. They upgraded to a wider gutter and installed gutter guards. All the work was completed in a timely manner and the neighbors all rave about how great our house looks. Have already recommended them to other people and have seen people take a picture of their sign that was in our yard. Their work speaks for itself!!

As soon as the first insurance check came in they scheduled the job right away, before the weather turned cold. They replaced my roof all in one day and did a great job with cleanup as well. The only issue I had was that the color they used to spray paint the chimney flash wasn't a good match for the new shingles and the brick. On the follow up visit Jeff agreed and they will be out in the spring to repaint with a different color. The new roof looks really nice and I highly recommend Scarlet Exteriors.

Scarlett Exteriors recently replaced my entire roof. This is a ranch, so it's big! Josh Keller and the other Scarlett staff worked closely with my insurance company to ensure that this expense would be completely covered. I am older and a widow, so I know nothing about roofs, but I didn't need to. They answered all my questions and kept me apprised of negotiations with the insurance company. The roofing crew worked hard for two days, were respectful of my property and landscaping, and cleaned up everything after they finished. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend Scarlett Exteriors!

I recently had my 'old' 'old' roof redone by Scarlet Exteriors. Replacing it was quick and easy..there were issues that were discovered with our existing structure that were managed professionally and timely. Project manager Gabriel Roese worked diligently to provide excellent customer service during the entire process. Would recommend this company Thank you again for all your hard work!
